I also agree that it's difficult (almost impossible?) to discern a candidates true character via TV, radio, media... <BR/><BR/>Thus, for me, it seems like the best plan to make my decision based on the ISSUES the candidate supports or doesn't support. Even with that, there's lots of debate over what they ACTUALLY will or will not do and have or have not done. But given that I can't sit down for dinner with either candidate, I'm more interested in their view on the issues and less about their character. <BR/><BR/>Having said that, I don't really think it's possible to make a clean separation b/t one's views and one's character.
